Shipping Policy

Giulio will take care of your orders.
Depending on the request, order processing may take 2 to 5 business days.

If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the product becomes available. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.

If you prefer to receive available items right away, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–6 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Italy: €9.00
  • Europe: €17.00

 

Important Note: We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom (UK). We apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to contact us for possible alternatives.

Couriers Use 
We partner with trusted couriers such as GLS, SDA, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Returns and Refunds

Easy returns within 14 days
You have the right to return one or more products within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging included.

How to make a return

  • Send a request via email to order@begreatwear.com including your order number and the reason for the return

  • We will reply within 24/48h with instructions and the return address

  • Ship the package using a trackable courier (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)

  • Once we receive and check the product, we will issue the refund within 5–7 business days

Defective or incorrect products
In case of damaged or wrongly delivered products, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
